This is the treatment for skin that has stopped responding. If you've tried facials, peels, and serums and still feel like your skin looks tired, flat, or older than it should — microneedling is what changes that.
Microneedling uses fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers your body's natural healing response, producing fresh collagen and elastin from within. The result? Firmer skin, smaller pores, faded scars, and a more even tone.
Three options to match your goals and budget:
Classic Microneedling ($150, 80–90 min) — Collagen induction therapy, ideal for general rejuvenation.
Microneedling + Exosomes ($220, 60–80 min) — Exosomes deliver growth factors that amplify regeneration for faster, more dramatic results.
Microneedling + Exosomes + Salmon DNA ($250, 60 min) — Our most advanced protocol. Combines microneedling with PDRN (salmon DNA) for intense cellular repair. Best for mature or heavily damaged skin.
A numbing cream is applied beforehand for comfort. You may experience temporary redness for 24–48 hours afterward — easily covered or planned around a weekend. Makeup can be worn again the next day.
If you're comparing microneedling to microdermabrasion: microdermabrasion exfoliates the surface, while microneedling works deeper to stimulate collagen — they target different concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about microneedling before your appointment
Is it painful?
Numbing cream is applied before the session. Most clients describe the sensation as light pricking — uncomfortable at moments but very tolerable. The needles are tiny and the treatment is quick.
What's the difference between the three options in plain language?
Classic microneedling stimulates your skin's own collagen — great for general texture and tone. Adding exosomes speeds up the repair process with growth factors. Adding salmon DNA (PDRN) takes it further — it's a regenerative ingredient used in medical settings that tells your cells to rebuild more effectively. If your skin needs significant repair (deep scars, advanced aging, loss of firmness), go with the top tier.
Is salmon DNA actually safe?
Yes — PDRN (salmon DNA) has been used in regenerative medicine for years. It's applied topically during microneedling, not injected. This approach is recognized as safe by Health Canada.
How much does it cost and is it worth it?
$150 for classic, $220 with exosomes, $250 with exosomes + salmon DNA. The base treatment is already effective for most concerns. The upgrade is worth it if you want faster results or have deeper scarring/aging you want to address. Each session builds on the last.
How many sessions do I need?
Results from microneedling are cumulative — each session reinforces collagen production, so your skin continues to improve even between appointments. The exact number will be determined at your consultation based on your goals and skin condition.
What's the downtime?
Minimal. Your skin will look flushed for 24–48 hours — like a mild sunburn. No makeup for 24–48 hours, SPF mandatory, avoid sun exposure for 48 hours. You can return to normal activities the same day.
What should I stop applying before microneedling?
Before this treatment, stop using retinol, vitamin C, AHA and BHA acids at least 5 days prior. Also avoid hammam, sauna, and waxing.
