What is a head spa and how long does a session take?
Head spa is a hair ritual combining scalp massage, deep cleansing, aromatic steam, and hydrating treatment. A session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. This service promotes relaxation, stimulates blood circulation, and improves overall scalp and hair health.
How long does a Korean lash lift last?
A Korean lash lift typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Results vary depending on your lash type and care routine. Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after treatment to maximize longevity. Also avoid using waterproof mascara to extend the effect.
What's the difference between a classic lash lift and a Korean lash lift?
A classic lash lift curls natural lashes from the root for a lengthened, open effect. The Korean lash lift goes further: it uses gentler, nourishing cysteamine-based products for a more natural and delicate result. The Korean method is especially suitable for fragile or damaged lashes, while the classic lash lift suits all lash types. Both include a tint to intensify the eyes.
Can you wear mascara after a lash lift?
It is recommended to wait 24 to 48 hours before getting your lashes wet or applying makeup after a lash lift. Afterwards, avoid waterproof mascara as it can reduce the longevity of the curl. Most of our clients find they no longer need mascara after the treatment, as the effect is already very visible.
Is a lash lift painful?
No, a lash lift is completely painless. You will only feel a cooling sensation during product application. Most of our clients find the experience relaxing. The session lasts between 40 and 60 minutes depending on the technique chosen.
Is there any downtime after microneedling treatment?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment with little downtime. You may experience mild redness and sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. It is recommended to avoid sun exposure for 48 hours and makeup for 24 hours after treatment. Most of our clients return to normal activities the next day.
Are facials safe during pregnancy?
Yes, facial services are safe during pregnancy. We adapt our services by using gentle products without harsh ingredients. Please let us know about your pregnancy when booking so we can customize your service accordingly. All products used are suitable and safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
How often should I get a facial?
For optimal results, we recommend a facial every 4 to 6 weeks. This frequency matches your skin's natural cell renewal cycle. However, your esthetician can recommend a schedule tailored to your skin type and specific concerns during your consultation.

Is the studio women-only?
Our private studio is designed as a safe, intimate space primarily for women. We occasionally welcome male clients by personal referral — please reach out to discuss.
